2. Use of the Service
Ghost Frame provides browser-based image editing tools for personal and commercial creative use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
You may not:
- Use the Service to process, distribute, or create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service's core algorithms or effect implementations
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service without prior written permission
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
3. Your Content
Ghost Frame processes images entirely within your browser. Images you upload are never transmitted to our servers and remain on your device at all times.
You retain full ownership of any images you upload and any artwork you create using the Service. By using Ghost Frame, you represent that you have the right to use any images you process through the Service.
4. Accounts and Projects
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Projects you save to your Ghost Frame account are stored securely. You can delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
The Ghost Frame name, logo, effects, and user interface are the intellectual property of Ghost Frame and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
The visual output you create using Ghost Frame — exported images and artwork — belongs to you. Ghost Frame claims no ownership over your creative output.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Ghost Frame does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Frame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
